At one of Aiako Harria Natural Park\u2019s entrance hall, anchored at mountains geological conditions, it\u2019s located Arditurri Mine Land.
\nIt offers a resounding mine landscape, which in surface, it shows impressive rubble dumpsites, open-cast quarries, oblique drafts and esplanades, mine\u2019s entrances, exploitation\u2019s old buildings and even railway\u2019s course that allowed carrying the mineral to the Pasaia\u2019s Port, nowadays turned into a footpath. In the subsoil the works are more extensive, with tens of kilometres of galleries, divided in a net of different labour and extraction areas
\nThe ones of Arditurri are one of the few mining galleries that have been worked since 2000 years in a continuous way.
\nAt present mine land environment has been recovered, after more than 20 years of inactivity, since the Real Compa\u00f1\u00eda Asturiana de Minas gave up working the wealthy mines of Arditurri.<\/p>\n
